How can I submit photos for Back to School PhotoAnalysis Service?
To submit photos for the clinic, we require unmodified RAW photos in digital negative format (DNG) that are at least 12MB in size. High-resolution photos are essential to ensure that the power output is high enough to eliminate pathogens faster than they can reproduce. The photos of the head, palms, and soles of feet are especially crucial.
If you have a newer Samsung Galaxy or iPhone Pro, this feature is likely already activated in your camera settings. However, if you have an older phone or camera, you may need to download an app to generate an unretouched format. Older devices may not produce high-quality RAW photos, so we recommend using a newer phone or camera with DNG capability to ensure the most accurate analysis.
Additionally, you’ll be required to sign and return a release form and complete an initial assessment to help focus on your health objectives.
You can now securely upload your photos through our Image Upload Portal, where a Photo Submission Guide with detailed instructions and examples is available after signing in. Please note that all images should be renewed annually to maintain the accuracy of your evaluations.
